Chessel Support Services has staffing levels sufficient to ensure a high quality of service and correct and positive management of risk.
The care staff team is made up of highly motivated individuals, all of whom are involved in studying for or have achieved Health and Social care level 3 diploma. They are able to demonstrate an awareness of managing people who challenge services whilst supporting them in a community facility, and fully supporting the MDT in carrying out prescribed care.
All staff at Chessel Support Services are part of an on-going training programme that involves not only the mandatory training but also a variety of additional specialist training.
